Cancellation Policy

We understand life gets busy and things come up, but as a small business, late cancellations and reschedules really impact us. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment. 

We send reminders via email (4 days before) and text (3 days before). Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit, which is 30% of the treatment cost.


Late Arrivals

If you're running late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule to ensure we don’t impact the next client. In this case, the full treatment cost is still required.


Same-Day Service Adjustments

Just like our cancellation policy, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you wish to adjust your services on the day. Skipping any part of your treatment means that time could have been used for another client. In this case, the full original service cost is still required.


Booking Deposit

A 30% deposit is required when booking, and full prepayment is required for skin consultations. Cancellations within the policy time-frame may result in loss of the deposit. Once paid, your deposit is non-refundable but can be credited toward future treatments or products. You can securely pay online when you book.


Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you lose your voucher, please contact us right away – we can’t honor lost or stolen vouchers. Clients who cancel or no-show within 24 hours will forfeit 30% of their gift voucher.


Postage & Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express. Orders ship from our clinic in Melbourne within 48 hours. For tracking, email us at info@curatedskinaesthetics.com.


Return Policy

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, but if a product is faulty, please contact us with a photo, and we’ll arrange a credit note. Prepaid treatments and gift vouchers are also non-refundable.


Adverse Response

If you choose to purchase skincare without a consultation, please note that we cannot offer refunds or credits unless otherwise appropriate


Allergic Reactions

If you have an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately, take a photo of the reaction, and email us at info@curatedskinaesthetics.com. Refunds for allergic reactions are only valid if the product is less than 20% used.


Damaged Goods or Incorrect Item

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please take a photo and email us within 7 days. Do not dispose of the item.


Return Postage

For returns, email us to confirm if you're eligible for free return shipping.
