Curated Skin Aesthetics was born from a passion for skin health and a desire to do things differently. After years in the beauty industry, founder Shaely Pynt, a Dermal Clinician and skin health expert, dreamed of creating a space where results and client care go hand in hand.

Meet The Team
Shae
With a genuine respect for the skin’s natural function, Shae, Owner and Director of Curated Skin Aesthetics, is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. Having faced her own skin challenges as a teen, Shae understands how frustrating it can be. This experience fueled her curiosity and love for understanding the science behind skin health—laying the foundation for Curated Skin Aesthetics.
Shae’s journey includes a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, a Bachelor of Dermal Sciences, and experience in advanced skin clinics and leading cosmeceutical skincare brands. Since opening Curated Skin Aesthetics her focus has been on meeting the unique, holistic needs of every client.
Ella
Passionate about all things skin and health, Ella brings a wealth of knowledge to the clinic. With a Bachelor of Health Science and a qualification in Dermal Science to her name, she approaches skincare through the lens of the body, its functions, and how to fine-tune them for optimal results.
Having dealt with acne in her 20s, Ella understands the challenges of managing skin concerns. This experience shapes her big-picture approach, always considering both internal and external factors. With expertise in a range of advanced skin treatments and medical-grade skincare, Ella is on a mission to support you and your skin, every step of the way.
Tiarna (Tee)
Meet Tiarna—better known as Tee—our talented beauty therapist with a passion for brows, lash lifts, and all things skin. With a keen eye for detail and a gentle touch, Tee ensures each treatment is executed with precision and care. But it's her fun, warm and inviting personality that will truly put you at ease.
Following in Shae's footsteps, Tee has taken her passion for skin to the next level, now pursuing a Bachelor of Dermal Sciences at Victoria University. Soon you will find her in both the brow and skin rooms, delivering expert services and continuing her studies to deepen her knowledge. Like Shae and Ella, Tee has battled hormonal acne, so she truly understands how skin affects confidence.

Vanessa (Ness)
Meet Vanessa, our kind, gentle, and truly lovely Dermal Clinician. With a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) from the Australian Dermal Science Institute, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every treatment.
Her passion for skin health is deeply personal, shaped by her own journey with perioral dermatitis and hormonal acne. Vanessa understands first-hand the emotional and physical toll skin concerns can take, and this empathy drives her dedication to helping others achieve healthier, more radiant skin.
Warm, approachable, and deeply compassionate, Vanessa’s focus is always on making you feel comfortable and confident in your skin. She's here to guide you on your skin journey with the utmost care and expertise.
