Terms and Conditions


A minimum of 48 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations and changes. Appointment reminders are sent via email (4 days prior) and text message (72 hours prior) to your appointment. Failure to show up to an appointment or late cancellation of an appointment (within 24 hours) will result in the loss of your deposit, being 50% of the treatment cost.

cANCELLATION POLICY


If you are late to your appointment it may result in the loss of your appointment, or your treatment altered to be shortened as we run by appointments and do not want to rush your appointment or be late for another client. If treatment is shortened due to a late arrival, the original service is still required to be paid in full.

A booking deposit of 50% of treatment cost is required for all appointments and full prepayment is required for skin consultations. Should you cancel within policy time-frame of your booked appointment, Curated Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to keep your deposit. Once a booking deposit is paid, it is non-refundable but can be credited to your account to be used at a later date or toward product. Deposits are taken securely when booking online through the ‘book now’ button.

Booking Deposit


Our Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after this time. They are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance, non-refundable and non-transferable to third party. Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of treatment to be valid – we are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers. If you would like a physical gift voucher please email info@curatedskinaesthetics.com with your voucher number and delivery address and it will be posted out with tracked shipping within 48 hours. Clients who do not show or cancel their treatment within 24 hrs will forfeit 50% of their gift voucher amount.

Orders are charged at a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express. All products are shipped from the clinic (Melbourne, Victoria) within 48 hours of purchase. For tracking information please email info@curatedskinaesthetics.com

POSTAGE & SHIPPING


Curated Skin Aesthetics will not accept any change of mind returns or refunds for online purchases, pre-paid treatments or gift vouchers. If you have a faulty product please get in touch via email and include a detailed description of the product fault including a clear photo. Where appropriate, credit notes will be issued.

Return Policy


Curated Skin Aesthetics is an authorised stockist of highly active skincare ingredients. If you have chosen to purchase skincare without a prior skincare consultation with Curated Skin Aesthetics (either in person or online) refunds, exchanges or credits will unlikely be honoured.

ADverse Response


In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately, take a photo of the reaction and email info@curatedskinaesthetics.com before taking any further action. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us and a full refund will be given in this case.

ALLERGIC reaction


If you have received an item that has arrived damaged or is the incorrect product, please take a clear photo and email info@curatedskinaesthetics.com within 7 days of delivery. Do not dispose of the item/s.
